HMShop has designed (2) types of Pasture Aerators; 1st is a single drum aerator with 3/4″ x 6″ x 8″ hard surfaced teeth welded in place on a 36″ x 12″ x 1 1/2″ Drum. The teeth are set in place on a certain degree to the forward position so that while in motion our single drum Aerator will act as a double drum.
The 2nd, design is called a (Quail – A – Rator). This was designed specifically for the hunting ranches. This Aerator is built exactly like the brush Aerator, except the teeth are 12″ x 3/4″ x 6″ with gussets and a foot piece welded 6″ down on back side of teeth. This design still allows 6″ of tooth penetration in the ground for Aeration, but with the foot piece doesn’t let the drum set on the ground while in motion crushing the grass and cover for the Quail. It just rolls the Quail cover over and it stands back up in two to three days instead of two to three weeks and broken grass stalks.
All teeth are cut from 3/4″ x AR235 Hardened plate. The frame work in 1/2″ x 3″ x 8″ rectangular tubing and the machines come with Hydraulics and (4) Air Plane Tires for easy transportation.
