Hebbronville Machine Shop was founded and built in 1930 and run for 34 years by Tom Tayler and (2) partners. It is located in the heart of South Texas between Alice, Laredo, Freer and Zapata Texas. The shop was supported for years by the Oil Field along with the Tex-Mex Rail Road. In World War II the shop ran 24 hours a day and had 25 people working 3 shifts. After being closed for about 10 years the shop was purchased in 1964 by my Dad (Andrew Rossi) a local welder and resident of Hebbronville. It then changed to a general job shop supported by the Ranching Industry and Heavy equipment land clearing business. Now for the last 25 years we find the shop being run by the 2nd and 3rd generation. The machine shop has changed once again over the past years and has diversified to accommodate all types of fabrication, machine work and customized repairs.

Hebbronville Machine Shop is now owned and run by Clark Rossi. We have (4) employee’s not counting myself; Frank S. Rossi (My brother), Naser Ziyad, Garret A. Rossi (My son) and Tina W. Rossi (My Wife). I have raised (4) children out of this buisness. My brother has raised (4), Naser has raised (6) and Garret is raising (3). We have truelly been Blessed by the Lord, and look forward to providing our Service to you. As well as continuing a Rich Family Tradition.

Our Motto: “If we can’t do it right the 1st time, it’s a waste of my time and you’re money. And I’d rather not waste either one.” – Clark Rossi
